Advice: Dell XPS M1330 touchpad scroll?

hi

couple of months back the touch pad scroll was working and now it doest work only the scroll function.

i tried to go to control panel an did whts given in the book,,but still doesnt work
device manager has no probs

pls lemme me kow how to activate it.
i think it happnd aftr i installed vista again.

After you installed Vista again, did you install ALL of the chipset/video/sound/touchpad drivers that can be found on Dell's web site?
