I am buying a double anchor motor home from the person who lives in the home and is on the loan under the owner of title who is someone else.HE been paying it him self for years know he wants to sell it to me for 15000 and i take over the loan which is 17000 left to pay .How can i be sure title will be transfered to me after loan is payed?

What makes you think that we know anything about property transactions in your state (which you haven't mentioned BTW)?

I'll give you a hint - contact the bank that financed the mobile home.

There is no guarantee if it is a private party. Take out a bank loan and do it.
