    WON'T START

     
    MY 1997 DODGE TRUCK 1500 WILL NOT FIRE. IT HAS SPARK AND IT HAS FUEL. WE CHECK THE TIMEING AND PUT IN A NEW CHAIN BECAUSE IT HAD SOME SLACK TIMMEING IS RIGHT ON BUT WILL NOT FIRE PLEASE HELP
