W2k3 Server profile recovery

Ok, sooo i'm kinda new to windows 2003 server, and i may have made a little boo boo. I was strolling through active directory one day when I got a call, so i went to reset someones profile. I accidentally deleted the mother effing home drive, instead of the roaming profile... now i did this with 2 different peoples profile, but I was able to recover one. Our IT shop's profiles are so big we don't back them up with everyone elses so both of those profiles i deleted were part of our shops!!!! So I was looking everywhere to see if i could find their profiles. I managed to find one profile in the recycle bin on my secondary domain controller. But the settings for the recycle bin are 3% so i'm not sure if i deleted both and the other one got dumped out because of the size. If anyone knows how to recover this short of ghost trailing please let me know. There was a huge storage of important information in the profile I wasn't able to recover. I mean i'm not really sure but i'm pretty sure that it wont just dissappear its gotta be somewhere on the server.... Thanks for your help!!!
