norton 360 removel

my norton 360 trail has run out and i tryed to remove it from my computer when i did it tells me that modulm not found what do i need to do to fix this ?
so i can remove it.

Look on Symantec's web site for their uninstaller tool.

2. After you run the tool, please restart your computer. Then log in to Windows again and then run the tool again. Restart your computer after you run the tool the second time as well.
