also the RAM won't work with that Mobo either, X58/Core i7 boards don't use DDR2 & are Exclusively DDR3 boards.
if your looking at something that can run both Nvidia cards for SLI you'll need a board that can support SLI, which unfortunately for selection is limited to only nvidia Chipset boards, like ones equipped with the 750i, 780i or 790i Chipsets for the CPU you have selected..
but you could go with an X58 chipset that supports SLI (some support only ATI's Crossfire, others Support Both Crossfire AND SLI)...
but you'll need to get an Intel Core i7 Quad core, which for starters would be the i7 920, at 2.66GHz, starting prices are normally under $290-300 for the CPU.
if you did that, you'd need to get DDR3 memory which is still costly, but coming down in price.
unless you did like I did the other day, buy a basic no frills 3GB Triple channel kit for $45... has no heatspreader, has high latency, but is good for basic use for now.
but as Rich mentioned, if we had a budget of what your looking to spend for the whole thing along with all the parts you need for it, we'd be able to better suggest something.
