Having trouble with Simple File sharing

I am having trouble sharing files between computers. I have a Versalink 327W router/modem. I have DSL through my local phone company. I have the Versalink wired into a PC, I will call PC1. PC1 is just a server/dummy PC with no monitor. I have a second PC, I will call PC2 that is wireless and connects fine to the internet. I have a third PC, I will call PC3. PC3 is wireless and connects to the internet. PC2 is running Windows XP Home and PC3 is running Windows XP Professional. I am trying to share the PC2 c: drive with PC3 and the PC3 c: drive with PC2. I have set up sharing on both PCs. PC2 sees and shares the c: drive on PC3. My problem is PC3 does not even see the c: drive for PC2. I tried to ping PC2 from PC3 and I get no reply. I can ping PC3 from PC2 and it is fine. I have verified my workgroup is the same on both PCs. I know I am missing something very small. Please help with any suggestions. Thanks.

As you have found, sounds like PC2 is not configured correctly for sharing. You might try this article.

Check your firewalls!
