Hey guys,
New to the forums, been having problems with the power outlet the blue light didnt come on and i read up on it and it seems alot of people have been having problems with it and the Fast key-power button wire.
so with my power outlet ive bought a extra cause i dont want to pay 100+ for repairs when i can diy.
but i guess ive bought the wrong part or something power-usb board that came out of the laptop reads DAOAT8TB8F2 and the new one reads DAAT8TB18A1, they look exactly the same but the new one says 90W on it and my power cord doesnt seem to fit in the outlet as good as the old one.
so i guess im trying to say can i use the new one and buy a new cord to fit it? or do i have to buy another power-usb board? i need a new cord anyways but i want to see if it will work before continuing
