Enlarging portions of an image

I saw a great idea on another site that I would like to duplicate. When you move a mouse over an image a larger image opens next to the small image. It shows only a magnified portion of the smaller image and when you move the mouse the portion of the image that the cursor is on is the only portion of the total image that is enlarged. Does anyone have an idea of where I can get the software for it.

I would appreciate any info you have.

Are you talking about the magnifier in accessibility options in XP?

Go to control panel then accessibility options, on the left top is the magnifier options.

No, what I am referring to is what you see when you hover the mouse over an image as is true when you go to the site Kitty with Goldfish Water Globe - Snow Globes at Music Boxes. Just hold your mouse over the Goldfish image and you will see what I mean. I would really like to know how to do that.

So you want to do this so people can do it when visiting your website?
The magnifier does exactly that on your computer.

I don't want them to have to go to their control panel because most of them would not know how to do that. What I want is for a visitor to hover over the image as it does on the Kitty with Goldfish Water Globe - Snow Globes at Music Boxes site automatically. If you go to that site you will see what I mean.
