Extracting Outlook Files

I have Outlook 2007 files on Hard Drive from old computer which blew it's MB. How can I access these files to import/move into my newly installed Outlook? Vista seems to have a firm "Access Denied " in place. Can't re-assign ownership or access of the protected folders. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
