Can I email photos

I have a canon all in one printer. I noticed it has an email option on the LCD screen but I cant figure out how to use that option. Can I scan photos/documents to my email?

Hi Ktbruhn81. Welcome to TechIMO.

To use the email button on your Canon scanner you need to have Canons Toolbox software loaded. Once the software is loaded press the Email button and it will scan the picture and open your email client with the picture as an attachment. Then you just need to add the address you want to send it to and press send.
