Just wondering if the Flash gurus here can help me. I have a flash gui app that uses the "layer1", "layer" 2 technique - which works fine ..but I have aproblem where in one instance - a menu click on a menu object forces an animation to play on a layer (that's works fine) and in doing so also initiates a custom scrollable text box appearing (that works fine also). Its all going wrong when another menu item is clicked - the AS3 code that contols the scrollable text box (this has a slider_mc in it) will not 'release' and stays on the page that's visible and will not go away. Furthermore the Flash Output box goes mad until I close the SWF manually.
Any advice is greatly received and acknowledged.
