Well in order to connect any video in device to a PC you need to have some sort of video capture card or you'll need to use a USB/Firewire connection. From the sound of it you've got a set of RCA cables and a set of composite cables so I doubt you have what you need. But since I don't see any info on your PC or info on what HD camcorder you've got I can't venture to guess what else you might need or how to connect it.
Please keep in mind when posting you need to provide all (or as much as you can) relevant information.
