How to reinstall drag-to-disk 32 Vista

I'm trying to install a patch and have been told: "Reinstall drag-to-disk 32 Vista and return to this patch again."

How do I find drag-to-disk and exactly what are the individual steps I need to take to re-install it?

Vista does not need Drag-to-disc. In fact, Drag-to-disc may interfere with the Vista UDF writer. Uninstall it.

Perhaps you could tell us what patch you are trying to install.

Aldoth-14039800-US can refer to malware. Do you have any idea what this actually is?
