Netgear wont work after ulocking from sky

I followed instructions given to unlock my netgear and the updated to the latest software, but it wont connect to the internet just says local only, and when i try to diagnose whats wrong it says your dns unable to resolve ip address ! has anyone come accross this ? many thanks stu.

Did you try a hard reset?
