Program running on computer

I notice, after logging off. There is still a program running on my computer. How do I see what
program is running and why?

Some programs that run in the System Tray will show as "running" from the Welcome screen. They are typically poorly written programs.

Since you have to log in to see which program is running, you're kind of stuck. If you suspect malware, you can always scan for it.

If that doesn't find anything, relax. That's just the way it is.

Besides, you can always log off instead of switching users.
