(Deep embarrassment...) I have lost my password, but want to add another computer to access my wifi hub. How can I find the info I need to add it? I currently have 2 connected, one using Vista, the other using XP.
I don't think it is possible to recover the current password, just reset it to factory default with the reset button.
What's the make & model of the hub? Sure it's not a router?

To rest the unit to factory settings is by far the easiest and fastest way.
But it is possible to regain it, if you have a little bit of knowledge with linux and the right type of hardware. Check out BackTrack by Remote-Exploit--that is if you want to spend hours or even days.
Also it is most likely a router. so after you hold the reset button down until it completely resets. reconnect. Hit the windows key+r >> type cmd>> type ipconfig >> in the list it will show default gateway i.e. "192.168.1.1" yours may be different...type that into your address bar, a prompt asking for your username and password will pop up. In another window go to routerpasswords.com >> Find your make&model type the default user name and password into the promt box in the other window. Set a new password in the wireless security area.
