Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me with my problem (My tech level is really low so please try to explain, Thank you). Recently since the weather has been getting hotter my fan really has to speed up and gets really loud much more often. During the winter my fan usually stays quiet most of the time and rarely ever has to speed up. Now it seems to speed up and get really loud every 5-10 minutes and I'm afraid it can be shortening my pc's life. My computer is only 1 year old and is using the fans that it came with and I also cleaned out the dust about 2 weeks ago but it doesn't seem to help any. I'm not sure exactly what type of fan I currently have and if the info is needed please tell me how to find it. I downloaded speedfan and it these are the temperatures it gave me without my pc running anything else but firefox.
GPU: 79C
CPU: 72C
Local: 68C
Remote 2: 72C
Temp1: 55C
Temp2: -128C
Temp3: 64C

If any other info is needed please just tell me how to get it and I will post it up. If you think I need a new fan please give me suggestions on what to get. Thank you for your time.
Edit: Watching the Speedfan program, When the fan gets loud one goes from 3100 RPM to nearly 4700 RPM and the other goes from 2500 RPM to 3900 RPM
