I am getting this message while the system is trying to boot. It is running WinXp. The system will get to the WixXP screen and before it will come up to the log in screen it comes up with this error code can anyone help.

IT is in mon a Dell system with 512 Ram

Googling around, it looks like a corrupt registry entry is to blame for the error. You can try to boot into safe mode (press [F8] on boot up) and see if you can get into your install like that.
Once your in, might run a registry cleaner, and see if that helps.
