I forgot my password & username for my router

my router is THOMSON SpeedThouch 530v6


can someone help please

Unplug the router. There should be a reset switch on the back some where. (normally a little pin hole)
Reset it, should be good to go.

What do you mean?
Everything is restored to how it was when you got the router. Do whatever you planned on doing, make a new username and pass..
