Hi folks. I'm upgrading my friends Acer TM2200, and installing a Wifi card and antenna. The antenna needs to go inside the laptop cover (as you probably know), but there's a foil sheet inside behind the LCD screen.
Can anyone tell me if I just stick the antenna pads onto the foil, or do I need to remove small sections of the foil and stick them to the plastic?
It's a Tyco antenna I'm fitting.
I've tried searching for a guide, but can't find anything.
