System Security Malware

Its on my computer. I can't get the task manager to come up, won't let me connect to internet, won't let me run regedit. If I try and startup in safe mode, the CNTRL+ALT+DEL doesn't work

Now what?? Would like to get my hands on the a%%hole who made this

But how do I run it? I can't get to internet. Can I install it on a "stick" and then run?

I'm sure you could put the install file on a stick and then install it on the infected computer.
