Sudden power off!

This is a recent thing that has started to happen to my PC. I think it might have something to do with the heat increase in my room as my system temp is 57C and my CPU is 80C (as recorder upon startup after a sudden shutdown)

Basically, when I am just using the system, it will just power off. That's it. Then I need to power it back on again and continue using it. Could it be something else apart from the heat?

I haven't changed any components at all.

Either Power Supply or Heat. More than likely heat since it is summer (at least here anyways).

Yeah, I consider power supply for a moment, but I thought that couldn't be it becuase I've been running the same PSU since I bought the machine and with the same components.

Golly, I think I'll have to leave my PC side door open...
