    Unhappy Toshiba Laptop

     
    Please help, i am not very clued up when it comes to computers, but can you help? We have a Toshiba laptop about 5years old now and has been very well looked after with no major difficulties, but last night my Teenage Daughter was using it in bed and she said it just went out, now we have tried charging it all night but it still won't switch on, do you think this is the end of it's life, help?????

    It sure would be helpful if you provided the exact model number. There is no way to tell from your description what the problem is yet.

    The model number should be provided the bottom of the laptop.
