I have an old Dell Inspiron 1100 that my daughter used in school afew years back.
Six months or so ago we got a Belkin F5D9230-4 wireless router. It worked fine up until a few weeks ago, then, kaput, no connection.
Spent almost 5 hours on the phone to techs from Comcast, Belkin & Dell.
Bottom line, Dell wanted about $70 to fix it.
The Belkin folks said I needed a "wireless zero configuration patch" installed.
I just don't get it. Like I said it worked for 6 months, then nothing.
I know little to nothing about this sort of thing, but would appreciate any help with this matter at all.
