I need help with two things

First when i turn my computer on, eventually somethings starts playing noise of ads it is ends when i use task manager and end process of this file 7220584.tmp what is that and how can i permanetly get rid of this!

Second, i have symantec endpoint protection, when i choose run a scan, it runs but won't scan any files at all just says something like access memory and won't scan anything. Ran it for over an hour and still did nothing. NEED HELP!!!!!!

Sounds like you may be infected with something. Download and run this: Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. It will get rid of most any virus, trojan or spyware.
