While on the internet the computer screen went black. It would not recover so we closed lid. Removed battery for hard startup. Nothing happens. Computer is plugged into power source and when I press "on", green light goes on for 3 seconds and turns off. No indication during those 3 seconds that computer is trying to reboot. Can anyone help me! Cannot afford to call Dell or another store to evaluate.
