Can't view files in window 2008 server

I AM HAVING A PROBLEM GETTING INTO WINDOWS 2008 SERVER STANDARD EDITION. EVERYTHING IS SET UP CORRECTLY. I CAN PING OTHER MACHINES I CAN EVEN SEE CERTAIN USERS AND GROUPS WHEN I LOG IN, BUT I CAN'T SEE OR ACCESS THE SERVERS C DRIVE. I HAVE MADE C: A SHARED FILE BUT STILL NO ACCESS WHAT IS THE PROBLEM. THIS IS THE ERROR I GET WHEN I TRY TO ACCESS THE DRIVE FROM A CLIENT MACHINE:

"DOMAIN is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact administrator to find out if you have access permissions. The list of servers for this workgroup is currently not available."

WHOEVER HAS THE ANSWER PLEASE COMMUNICATE IN DETAIL.

THANKS
GOD BLESS YOU

Please take off your caps-lock.

Windows 2008 won't let you view the admin share \\server\c$ or similar by default due to the user account control.

Try out this solution. Not sure if it will work for you - but it's worth a shot.

Error message when you try to access an administrative share on a Windows Vista-based computer from another Windows Vista-based computer that is a member of a workgroup: "Logon unsuccessful: Windows is unable to log you on"
