Uniblue Registry Booster, Too many errors?

I just downloaded Uniblue registry booster 2 and ran a scan. It's not even halfway done scanning and has already found nearly 4000 errors and problems. Is this correct and my computer is actualy this f-ed up, or is something messed with the program?

I used a laptop I just got around 4 months ago and it uses windows vista.

Looks like scareware to me. It's not malware, but it is trying to convince you to pay more for a registry fix, IIRC.
