Please help with Drivers and Vista issues :(

My girlfriend has a sony VGN-CS390, we both are in college and use our webcams to keep in close contact and what not, well her stupid college made her install windows vista ultimate to be able to access their network. Her pc came with vista home premium. Now her webcam wont work, her cd drive is missing drivers and well as her USB ports. I looked on sony.com and they only support home premium and windows xp on that model so I dont know how to get her the drivers for the webcam and the other items. The webcam runs on arcsoft companion software I guess its called, I dont know if the webcam is also made my arcsoft or what? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated I had to listen to her bawl her eyes out to me last night for an hour over this. Thanks guys!

I need vista ulitmate support, premium is what her pc she came with she has ultimate now.

It shouldn't make any difference between strains of Vista...vista ultimate support is identical to say, vista basic support. They are the same OS, just with different features.

The drivers should work that GroundZero3 found for you.

Ok well here is the latest, we got her CD drive working, her USB ports working. Now her webcam driver is there the device manager is not throwing any codes. However, I believe it is the ArcSoft companion software. She is currently running version 2 so were going to try version 3 and see if that works. I'll keep everyone informed any other informaiton or support is always appreciated.
