Over 30 hidden partitions overlapping-and hard drives masked by virtual RD's

I have a situation where a loopback device is installed in the beggining of 1st boot sector - creates a ramdrive which has completely re configured my pc- All irq's taken over by pci devices mapped as hard drives- creating sets of partitions within partitions and more within those (many are empty and are occupying the same or overlapping areas) partitions of everything from fat 12 to amoeba with overlapping sectors with boot sectors spread all over the place- virtual raid arrays created masking my IDE drives- a virtual a: drive takes over when attempting to clean boot which hides the hard drive- installs are detected and aborted- CD rom is made unaccesible when any executables (bat,com etC) ARE DETECTED- LOW LEvEL FORMATTING - dBAN- Syslinux,ebcd, diskeditor all go through their routines to no avail (although they seem to wipe down to zeroes) - bios flashed- run of the mill programs (AV's-Partition Magic, Parted Magic, test disk, ffdisk,etc all confused by the quantity of boot sectors- Geometry of hard drive shows 40 GB less than real size of drive yet 978,000,000 sectors detected by the software- A hidden 7Gb partition is inaccesible- all rights usurped and access denied to certain services or disk acess routines- pre install routine remains throughout so that upon reboot (it only allows an oem reinstall of vista but replaces all files with masked versions (ex iexplorer.ex= iexplorer.exe.mui) - Redundancy of files throughout whole disk - folder upon folder wit language files (eg. ES<FR<EN-US scores of empty folders -Ive been going nuts because nothing seems to work- undetected by all local and online scans- upon fresh install task scheduler is reloaded with tasks scheduled for log deletion and outbound netbios and remote mgmt routines - media player routines ( ET call home) tasks to be initiated at certain times or upon any login-
ntelligent countermeasures from scren blanking to shutdown or simply error or cannot complete messages gto wrong versionwhen Im accessing anything it finds to be threatening- it has me stumped and frustrated- It is linux based but has 27 unix ptys( wHATEVER THEY MIGHT BE) - WONT LET GRUBB do its thing- and will not allow dos-win3.1,95,98,xp or linux to install- WHat to do? any suggestions will be appreciated-( and please dont tell me to fdisk /mbr or /u or try force or override commands- IVE Tried all that!!! Im thinking of pulling drive and accessing from another computer but since both my laptop Dell XPS M1330 and my AMD/64 based PC are in the same boat- I am afraid to infect the computer I use ( as it wont be my own) - what do you think?
