Problem running disk in Drive

I have a LG E 200 running vista Business. Any media or software disk inserted into the F drive doesnt read the disk. It only gives me the option ( Prepare a blank disk ). I have tried changing the autorun options and right clicking and going to open. Nothing happens only givs me the disk formating option . Please help?

Try blowing the dust out of the drive.

You might also look at the properties on the drive to make sure that the right drivers are installed. Has it always done this or did this just start to happen?
