Processor - Motherboard Compatibility
I want to buy a new PC and i have decided to go for Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 processor.....
I am worried about its compatibility with the motherboard i have chosen, The motherboard Is - MSI P7NGM Digital (I chose this motherboard as it is scalable and supports even Core 2 Extreme processors and fits very well into my budget)..
I couldn't find a good answer to my question anywhere ..Please tell me whether the processor and motherboard are compatible with each other or not ?? And Suggest me what to do ...

the Core 2 Quad Q8400 is a Socket 775 Quad core CPU, as are the Core 2 Extreme CPU's... so yes, it will work with it.
