Your video card is going to hold you back on a lot of things. |

Afraid I can only give 1/10 (as you can run solitaire).
We will need to know,
-Motherboard
-PSU what the make, model, watts and amps on +12v
-Budget, how much you are willing to spend will help.

How are we supposed to Rate it? As a Gaming PC? Daily Use, email, web surfing? Word Processing? Workstation for 2D/3D graphics, Audio production, Video production, what?
can't provide any advice on graphics cards for it, since you don't even mention the motherboard you are using for your system.
we have no idea if it only has PCI slots, or has PCI with AGP, or PCI Express, etc. |

Yes it is because of your graphics card (or lack of ). It can run the game but may not be able to run shadows and T&L so you may get colour glitches. My old laptop could run some games but could'nt display texture's properly (well, at all ). Which meant you could only see the 3D models..... |
