Long Time Ago User needs to be a current user

Hello,

I purchased two licenses for your WS_FTP software program on 2007-05-29 to help me upload a church web site. The web site was never approved so I never gave the other license to anyone. My address was deleted which is no longer active. My Ipswitch WS_FTP has the following number in it: 2007.0.0.2-2007.05.29 and my User ID was deleted.

I’m now work with a minister in the missions and his web site is almost completed. He doesn’t need to do a file transfer at this time and he doesn’t have a web address yet but he is getting close to needing one.

I have forgotten my password and need to know how I can start using my WS_FTP programs again. Would you please let me know what I need to do?

First off I can assure you you didn't purchase WS_FTP from Techimo as we are an online tech support forum only and don't sell software. Secondly I know little to nothing about the actual software however I'd assume contacting the makers would be the fastest easiest route for support. Looks like this would be their site Support Overview
