sometime power/Amber light
I have the Dell Dimendion E521. When I turn the computer on it takes three to four tries before it comes on. each time its an amber light finally I get a gree light and the computer boot up. When I open the computer on the motherboard the light is amber but the on button is green. Whats going on?

I have reseated the hardware inside the computer.
