I do not have Help and Support on my pc....I used to. Now I get a pop-up saying I need to start that service before some things like diagnostics can run. I've done a search, I've run msconfig to see if it's in any of those lists....nope. I can't imagine how it got deleted from my pc. Is there anyway to recover it without doing a total reinstall ? I went to C;\windows\pchealth\helpctr\binaries and found these applications helpctr.exe.....helphost.exe.....helpsvc.exe....hs cupd.exe.....msconfig.exe I hesitate to click on any of them without knowing what it is (have enough trouble) any suggestions?

Searched and opened.... services.msc, look for Help and Support..., Properties, Startup type: automatic, start Don't know how it got disabled, but it's working fine now.
