darkman9 Junior Member Join Date: Nov 2009 Posts: 1	XP Pro freezes on HP Media Center pc I have an HP Media Center PC running XP Pro SP3. A few months ago it began freezing up requiring that I pull the power plug to get back into Windows. Then it would just freeze again, usually within a few minutes. It runs fine in Safe Mode. I ran anti-virus and anti-spyware programs, uninstalled or disabled all unnecessary programs and services. I tried all the recommended recovery techniques including System Restore and both versions of the built-in HP Recovery (light and re-format). Nothing seems to work. Hardware must be fine or safe mode would not work right? Any suggestions welcome.
