hybernate option

i have no hybernate option in my pc what i do

You could start by giving a whole lot more information

Pretend like you're typing on the internet and you're pretty certain no one can see your computer nor read your mind...

Which Operating System are you using.

Hi, and WELCOME TO TECHIMO - from the Folding@Home Team [#111]...!

If you have "admin" rights, then you should be able to check/set it, it would be in the "Power Options" of your display settings... There's a tickbox that needs to be ticked to allow it to be 'hibernated'...
