Computer to computer access
What program is used to remotely access another computer?

There are MANY different ways to do it. A lot depends on how far the compters are to each other and what exactly you need to access.

Google LogMeIn. It's a free app that installs on both pc's and will allow you to access hers.

Sounds like LogMeIn should be perfect then - it really doesn't get much simpler...
One thing to note, is that you should be trying to use the Free version - by default it will install the 'premium' version ("Pro"?) that you get 30 days for free before having to stump up for the upgrade...you can still revert it back to the free version at any point, but just a warning...
I've seen the light... It was green, flashy and attached to a Network Interface Card...Whenever someone says "You can't miss it", I invariably do...

Crossloop is one of my favorites, and I recently tried the remote access through live messenger which quite surprised me!

There is also an option within Skype now to see someone else's screen, though you can't control the keyboard or mouse - but you can use the call (screen sharing is done over a 'call' in Skype) to tell the other person what to click/type...
