    playing voice mail

     
    I just got a notice that I received voice mail on yahoo messenger.When I clicked on the attachment to play it I get nero media player and when I click play I get a message saying CD not ready,insert CD.I guess I have to somehow switch to windows media player to play the voice mail but how?

    I don't know how to find out what kind of file.I tried again and the nero player played it but very low volume.In the email saying I got a voice message it says click on the attachment and listen to it with your favorite media player.I want to know how to get it to use WMP
