This is what I receive everytime I try to log into the control panel.When I try to download and run any!scan it gets blocked by a open up with window;which is usually recommends either Intternet or Adobe,you click ok and it loops and doesn't run the scan I have downloaded,It is maddening because so far it lets me cruise the internet with impunity but it won't let me download anything to help me.I have been at this since 07-21-11 at 8 a.m. I sure could use some help or somebody tell me its not fixable and put me out of my misery. its a windowsxp 32-bit system.thankx if you can do anything forme.The curtman at curtman59@yahoo.com
