If it's like Dish you can pull the card out of the box, wait a few seconds and reinsert the card, (looks like a credit card) it will rebuild from scratch.

I think your dish got knocked out of alignment. You'll need to go somewhere in the menu's and have someone move it while watching the dish "aiming indicators" on the screen.
I had to do it once, but it takes two people. One to watch the TV, one to move the dish.I think freedom is losing. We are losing the ability to compromise on mutually exludable ideas. Our society has become one of right or wrong with no middle and we are going to pay large price for it.

Time to break out the walkie talkies.

An old friend, that used to have TV business, used an 8" TV when he was mounting an antennae.
He would run an extension cord up to the roof, and walk around, with the new antenna, and the TV, until, he found the best spot.
Of course, this was in the old days.Hard Sayin Not Knowin

Walkie talkies sound easier to me!To those who might be saying goodbye, take your sadness in stride as you walk toward the beautiful horizon.

If the box works OK then a re-alignment is in order... I suggest hiring a pro for that, but if you are determined to do it yourself, a pair of cellphones will make the job much easier.
