I have been trying unsuccessfully to add another year (2013) into a Benefit Credits field in Approach which is linked to a Work Card Page. I successfully added the months and year 2013 to the Work Card Page and they are calculating just fine, but unable to get 2013 Benefit Credits and Service Credits formula to enter for the new year 2013.
The # of fields is now showing 124. I make sure that the data base is the correct one. When I go to add the formula it gives me a message: UNABLE TO EVALUATE THE FORMULA SPECIFIED PLEASE DEFINE A VALID FORMULA.
Below is the formula that works just fine for the year 2012, AND ALL PREVIOUS YEARS, but the next one, (which looks exactly the same, because I copied and pasted it in the formula box after changing the year), does not. Do you have any idea why I cannot add a new formula?? Thanks, Jo Ann
