Malicious program detected
My HP keeps saying a malicious program has been detected and none of my programs work. Any suggestions on what I should do?

Sounds like a Fake AV...
Use another PC to download Rkill, SuperAntispyware, and Malwarebytes and either burn a disk, (safest...) or transfer via USB thumbdrive to the infected PC, and boot into safemode to install and run.
Rkill first and then the other 2...
