Question Help - I cannot receive replies to emails that I originate in Gmail

Hello -I own a small fitness studio and along with my many other "jobs" I'm also our IT person. I know enough to fix most of our issues, but this one has me stumped. Our domain email is hosted by Network Solutions, but we access all of our email via Gmail. We have several email addresses set up in NS, but the problem I'm having is only affecting one address (unfortunately mine). I can send and receive emails via Gmail without any problem, but I cannot receive replies to emails that I originate. The folks who send a reply to my email do not get a failure to deliver message. I've logged into our NS account and the reply isn't there either. Up until now the communication between NS and Gmail has been flawless for the last 4-1/2 years and then this problem pops up two weeks ago. I'm 99% sure that the problem is with Gmail - I sent several emails in NS and received every single reply (these replies even made it into my Gmail, like they should). I've tried too many "fixes" to list and I'm ready to start pulling my hair out. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Do you get any messages into this account? or is it just replies that aren't showing? If its the later then its possible there is an issue with your reply to address being used. If its all emails and even all emails coming into NS then you have an issue with NS as they are the ones that handle everything. Gmail is just acting as an access point, NS has to receive and fwd over the mail for GMail to get it.

Double check the settings on the GMail side and make sure you have everything setup right and that for some reason something hasn't changed
How do I use Gmail to send and receive my Network Solutions Email?

I'd also double check all the rest of your settings for any out of the ordinary.

It's just the replies that aren't showing in Gmail. NS does forward all email except the replies to my emails originating in Gmail. It seems like the reply address from Gmail is corrupt or has a bug - is that possible? It feels like I've looked at every Gmail setting possible and I can't find anything unusual. I'll look again. Thanks!

If you have a second account that you can send yourself an email to send one over and double check that you have the correct reply to address. Sounds like maybe you are sending out the wrong address for the recipients to reply to.

I sent emails to 3 different accounts and the reply to address is correct - that's why I'm so stumped.
