    sony rear projection tv

     
    MY GRAND DAUGHTER GOT HOLD OF THE REMOTE CONTROL ON OUR 57 INCH TV AND WHEN I WENT TO TURN IT ON..THE PICTURE HAS LIKE SHOWS OF GREENS AND REDS LIKE GHOSTS. SINCE I DON'T KNOW WHAT SHE DID..I DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET THE NORMAL LOKING PIC BACK..PLEASE HELP! THNX..SHIRL

    chabot, your TV likely has a manually configurable light system and the guns are now out of alignment. You may find more help via Sony's tech support; I never sold Sony TVs, so I'm not overly familiar with how their configuration menus are setup.

    Googling something like "sony <tv model number> color alignment" may also get you some tips.

    Do you get the red, blue, or green lines when the screen is dark and the tv is on?

    Is it possible that it is a 3D capable TV and the 3D mode has been selected?
