Allow me to apologize in advance for a what has to be a stupid question. A couple of my frequently used shortcuts have recently stopped working. Specifically, Alt-S and Alt-A. I use these sometimes hundreds of times a day in Outlook (Alt-S sends an open email) and in Quickbooks, where they both have multiple uses. These are the ONLY two that have stopped working. Their proximity to one another lead me to think that my old cordless keyboard needed replacing, so I sprung for a new Logitech M710 keyboard/mouse only to discover that they STILL don't work. I even plugged in a corded keyboard just to make sure I wan't going insane, and it does not work either.

Is anyone aware of something I may have inadvertently done to break this functionality? I know it seems like a small thing, but I really hate moving my hands away from the keyboard to track down the darn mouse. I sometimes key hundreds of documents a day and this will really affect my efficiency. If anyone has any input, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
