    Exclamation black screen when intel graphic driver installed

     
    my gateway mt6728 is giving me a black screen when the graphic driver is installed, but when i unistalled the graphic media driver it starts up good,i really dont know whats going on there and i am downloading the right graphic driver.i also took it to a technician to fix the problem they told me that it was a software issue that the computer is fine is just the only proble.any idea how to fix?
    btw the graphic driver is mobile intel r 965 express chipset family .

    As far as I can tell... you are trying to use the chipset driver for the VGA driver.
    here is a page for the VGA driver you need: Gateway Support - Downloads & Support Documents - Notebook / MT Series / MT6720

    i have tried those drivers too but they do not work,i still get a black screen.
