    Smile Refurnishing my computer, Graphics card suggestions?

     
    Hey everyone,

    I'm running on Windows XP Professional Version 2002 SP3
    Graphics card = ATI Radeon HD 2400 Pro

    Intel(R) Core (TM)2 Duo CPU
    E6850 @ 3.00 GHz
    2.99GHz, 3.25 GB RAM

    Not sure what other information I need to supply here but I'm currently playing, or well at least trying to play Blacklight: Retribution.
    The specs required for it are the following

    Operating System Minimum: Windows® XP / Vista / Windows 7 (32-bit)
    Recommended: Windows 7 (64-bit)
    CPU Minimum: Dual-Core CPU Recommended: Quad-Core CPU
    RAM Minimum: 2 GB of RAM Recommended: 4 GB of RAM
    Hard Disk 8GB Free HD Space
    Graphic Display Minimum: 256MB DX9 GPU (Geforce 8xxx or Radeon HD2xxx)
    Recommended: 1GB+ DX11 GPU
    Sound Drivers DirectX 9.0c compatible sound card

    Any suggestions on what products I should look into/consider?

    The games playable on the lowest settings for me atm, with occasional freezes.

    Any advice is much apprecaited, thanks!

    How about the most obvious... Your budget? Motherboard Specs? Power Supply Specs? Size of Case you have?
